企债券发行有加速迹象 西安基投昆明城投发企债

    停滞多日的企业债券发行有了再次加速的迹象。昨日中国债券信息网公布了两家公司的企业债券发行计划，总规模30亿元，均无银行担保，而由担保公司或投资公司提供保证担保。这是在银监会叫停银行担保之后发行的第二批企业债，此前国家电网公司曾以企业担保的方式发行了200亿元企业债券。

    此次发行企业债券的两家公司分别是西安市基础设施建设投资总公司和昆明市城建投资开发有限责任公司，发行规模均为15亿元。其中前者期限5年，为票面年利率6.70%的固定利率债券；后者同为5年期固定利率债券，但附有发行人上调票面利率选择权及投资者回售选择权。两券同样采用网上和网下发行相结合的方式。
