财政部将发行第四期记账式国债 面值总额260亿元

    记者日前从财政部获悉，2008年记账式(四期)国债将于4月14日起通过全国银行间债券市场、证券交易所市场发行。

    据介绍，本期国债为3年期固定利率附息债，计划发行面值总额260亿元，全部进行竞争性招标。甲类成员在竞争性招标结束后，有权追加当期国债。本期国债2008年4月11日招标，4月14日开始发行并计息，4月17日发行结束。4月21日起上市交易。各交易场所交易方式为现券买卖和回购，其中试点商业银行柜台为现券买卖。本期国债上市后，可以在各交易场所间相互转托管。通过试点商业银行柜台购买的本期国债，可以在债权托管银行质押贷款。
