财政部15日起将发行400亿元凭证式国债

    财政部昨日公告，将于4月15日起发行总计400亿元的两期凭证式国债。其中，3年期国债发行额为320亿元，票面年利率为5.74%；5年期国债发行额80亿元，票面年利率为6.34%。上述票面利率水平均高于同期限定期存款利率水平。

    据悉，该期期国债发行期为2008年4月15日至2008年4月30日。凭证式国债按面值发行，可以挂失，可以质押贷款，但不能更名，不能流通转让。
