广东榕泰延期发行短期融资券

    广东榕泰今日公告，公司拟延期实施发行不超过4亿元短期融资券的议案。

    公司称，2007年5月19日召开的公司2006年度股东大会通过了《关于公司发行不超过4亿元短期融资券的议案》的决议。但由于市场原因，公司董事会未能及时实施该议案，致使该议案行将超过有效期限。为尽快实施短期融资券这一有利公司进一步快速发展的金融工具，保障和提高股东投资收益，因此提请继续实施《发行不超过4亿元短期融资券的议案》。
