农发行将发行100亿7年期固息债

    中国农业发展银行昨日发布公告，定于2008年4月18日下午，利用中国人民银行债券发行系统招标发行2008年第八期7年期固定利率(附息)金融债券100亿元。首场招标结束后，发行人有权追加发行总量不超过50亿元的当期债券。

    本期债券固定面值，采用无利率上下限，有利率标位及相应数量规定，单一利率中标的招标方式。追加发行采用数量招标方式，票面利率为首场中标利率；首场中标量大于5亿元(含5亿元)的成员最高认购投标量为20亿元，首场中标量小于5亿元大于1亿元(含1亿元)的成员最高认购投标量为10亿元，首场中标量小于1亿元的成员最高认购投标量为2亿元，每家承销商的认购投标量必须为1000万元的整数倍。本期债券缴款日和起息日为2008年5月5日，以后每年的5月5日为该债券的付息日，兑付日为2015年5月5日。
