东方航空拟发行不超过14亿元短期融资券

    中国东方航空股份有限公司昨日公告显示，拟发行总额不超过14亿元短期融资券。

    根据公司公告，董事会同意公司发行短期融资券的议案。该议案仍有待提请公司2007年度股东大会审议。公告称，上述短期融资券将在经股东大会批准之日起12个月内发行，并将授权董事会根据公司需要以及市场条件决定发行具体条款和条件以及相关事宜。
