国家开发银行发行10年期金融债 票面利率4.8%

    昨日，国家开发银行发行了一只10年期金融债，票面利率为4.8%，处于市场预期下端。认购情况也显示，因加息预期较淡，投资者的认购热情并不低，超额认购倍率达1.9倍，并获得了33.9亿元的追加认购。

    本期债券为国开行今年发行的第8期金融债，为固定利率附息债。
