国家开发银行原定4月23日金融债发行时间推迟

    根据市场情况及部分承销商的要求，国家开发银行决定推迟原定4月23日的金融债发行时间，新的发行时间将另行公告。

    国家开发银行4月18日晚些时候公告称，原定于4月23日的金融债券发行时间推迟。

    根据公告，国开行推迟债券发行时间是根据市场情况及部分承销商的要求而作出的决定。公告没有说明推迟后新的发行时间，而是称另行公告。

    国家开发银行此前宣布，2008年计划发行5,800亿元政策性金融债，其中，中长期债券计划发行额为5,300亿元，短期债券发行额为500亿元。

    根据发行计划，4月23日原本有一期金融债发行，但具体发行金额和期限等细节没有说明。国家开发银行是中国三大政策性银行之一，另外两家政策性银行分别是中国农业发展银行和中国进出口银行。
