2008年企业债券将成倍增长

    国务院发展研究中心金融研究所所长夏斌在前日的第四届中国金融(专家)年会上表示，以后债券发行审批不需要行政机关审批，08年中国企业债券市场可能成倍增长。

    夏斌认为，在从紧政策下，中小企业搞不到贷款就可考虑发债。不过，他担心企业不太清楚该怎么样防止风险。夏斌称，中国的债券市场管理体制该如何改善，政府监管部门应该思考这个问题，有关部门也应该抓紧研究。
