保监会:高评级债券可适当提高投资比例

    保监会资金运用监管部主任孙建勇表示：各保险机构应当建立债券投资信用评级制度，今后对于有担保又有高评级的债券，可以适当提高投资比例。保监会近日下发了《保险机构债券投资信用评级指引(试行)》，要求保险机构内部建立起识别、衡量、评价和控制债券投资信用风险的系统，达到有效防范风险、稳步提高投资收益的目的。

    海通证券：

    保险资金数额巨大，但同时又要考虑到未来支付保险理赔，如何合理运用、保值增值成为其首要问题。

    2006年，债券投资占到保险资金运用余额的53.14%，成为保险业最大的投资品种。而同时，防范风险已经成为债券投资的紧迫任务，因此保险资金投资股票市场比例仍很小，但我们相信今后比例会有加大。
