"赤化转债"转股价格将调整

    赤天化、赤化转债(600227、110227)今日公告，公司将于2008年5月12日实施2007年度利润分配及资本公积金转增股本方案，根据"赤化转债"募集说明书发行条款及中国证监会关于可转债发行的有关规定，从2008年5月13日起，"赤化转债"转股价格相应由原来的每股24.93元调整为每股13.74元。
