南山开发29日将发21亿元短融券

    22日，中国南山开发(集团)股份有限公司发布公告称，其发行2008年第一期短期融资券已向中国银行间市场交易商协会注册。招商银行股份有限公司为此次发行的主承销商。本期共发行面值21亿元人民币短期融资券，期限为365天。发行日为2008年8月29日。经联合资信评估有限公司评定，给予本期短期融资券信用评级为A-1级，给予发行人长期主体信用评级为AA+级。
