    27日浙江浙能兰溪发电有限责任公司发布公告表示，公司将于9月3日发行2008年度第一期短期融资券，中国民生银行为此次发行的主承销商。本期发行金额面值共计6亿元人民币，期限270天。经中诚信国际信用评级有限责任公司给予发行人的本期短期融资券信用级别为A-1，企业主体信用评级为AA-。
