　　全景网9月3日中国船舶重工集团公司发行的2008年中国船舶重工集团公司企业债券(资讯)于9月3日起发行，总额35亿元人民币。

　　本期债券为7年期固息债，票面年利率为5.60%，面值100元，平价发行。本期债券发行对象为境内机构投资者(国家法律、法规另有规定者除外)。发行期限为5个工作日，即9月3日至9月7日。起息日为2008年9月3日，兑付日为2015年9月3日。

　　经大公国际资信评估有限公司综合评定，本期债券信用等级为AAA级。发行人主体信用等级为AAA级。
