万科确定公司债票面利率

5日，万科公司债券票面利率公布。本期债券有担保品种和无担保品种的票面利率最终均按询价区间的下限确定，其中有担保品种利率为5.50%，无担保品种利率为7.00%。最终确定本期债券无担保品种超额增发14亿元，超额增发部分对网下机构投资者配售。     承销商中信证券表示，截至目前，万科公司债券的进展一切顺利。其中08万科债的有担保品种已于9月3日下午完成簿记建档、申购配售工作，该品种的申购情况乐观；9月4日为无担保品种的网下询价申购，预计发行情况也良好。
