大秦铁路拟发行135亿元公司债 采取固定利率

大秦铁路(601006)今日公告，公司本期债券发行规模为135亿元人民币(票面面值100元人民币)，由三年期(60亿元)和五年期(75亿元)两个品种构成，采取固定利率，不超过国务院限定的利率水平；本次发行采取向公司无限售条件流通股股东优先配售、网上向社会公众投资者公开发行(均为发行规模的10%即13.5亿元，均为三年期品种)和网下向机构投资者协议发行相结合的方式进行。
