    什么是"正回购"

    与发行央行票据一样，正回购也是回笼货币的一种手段。

    所谓正回购，就是央行与某机构签订协议，将自己所持有的国债按照面值的一定比例卖出，在规定的一段时间后，再将这部分国债买回。买卖之间的差价，就是这段时间内资金的使用成本。
