山东海化关于"海化转债"赎回的更正公告

    本公司及董事会成员保证信息披露的内容真实、准确、完整，没有虚假记载、误导性陈述或重大遗漏。

    公司于2008年1月31日、2月1日、2月4日刊登了关于山东海化(000822)股份有限公司“海化转债”赎回的提示性公告，为保证有关事项的顺利进行，现将划款日期和付款日期更改如下：

    划款日期：原“2008年2月18日至19日：公司将赎回“海化转债”所需资金划入中国证券登记结算有限责任公司深圳分公司指定的资金账户；”

    改为：“在赎回日后的三个交易日内将所需资金划入中国证券登记结算限责任公司深圳分公司指定的资金帐户。”

    付款日期：原“赎回“海化转债”的付款日为2008年2月20日(星期三)”改为：“在赎回日后的三个交易日内将所需资金划入中国证券登记结算限责

    任公司深圳分公司指定的资金帐户。”

    原“2008年2月20日：中国证券登记结算有限责任公司深圳分公司通过券商将兑付款划入投资者的资金或保证金账户，同时计减投资者相应的“海化转债”数量；”

    改为：“在赎回日之后的第五个交易日通过中国证券登记结算有限责任公司深圳分公司通过券商将兑付款划入投资者的资金或保证金账户，同时计减投资者相应的“海化转债”数量。”

    除上述更改事项外，提示性公告的其他内容均未改变。
