温家宝:进一步扩大香港人民币业务

    国务院总理温家宝10日主持召开国务院常务会议，讨论并原则通过《中华人民共和国就业促进法(草案)》，同意进一步扩大香港人民币业务。

    会议指出，《中华人民共和国就业促进法(草案)》对促进就业的原则、工作机制、政府职责和政策支持体系，以及人才和劳动力市场秩序、职业教育和培训、就业服务和就业援助、监督检查和法律责任等内容作了明确规定。会议决定，草案经进一步修改后，由国务院提请全国人大常委会审议。

    会议同意将为香港银行办理人民币业务提供平盘及清算安排的范围，进一步扩大到内地金融机构在香港发行人民币金融债券筹集的资金，具体工作由中国人民银行负责组织实施。
