英国央行有意促成非官方对冲基金管理规则

    英国央行正在与一些对冲基金进行谈判，以促成非官方对冲基金管理规则。 

    英国央行正在与一些对冲基金进行谈判，以促成非官方对冲基金管理规则，增加对冲基金的信息披露并更好的管理对冲基金。

    英国卫报(Guardian)援引未署名人士称，英国不会采取类似德国的对冲基金管理规则，并且没有指明同英国央行进行谈判的对冲基金的名称。

    英国央行行长金恩(Mervyn King)的顾问Alastair Clark向卫报表示，非官方对冲基金管理规则值得进一步探讨。

    卫报称，英国央行未对上述信息予以置评。
