林毅夫预测今年人民币升值3%-4%

    昨天，经济学家林毅夫在“2007中国出口挑战与机遇论坛”上预测，今年人民币升值幅度将在3%-4%。同时，因面临利率上调和汇率上升等宏观经济局面，我国出口企业面临挑战。

    林毅夫表示，以往我国生产力过剩较多时，政府为了刺激消费，就提高利率。目前过剩生产能力情形已经逐渐缓解，但政府看到投资增长很快，也很可能为了防范通货膨胀而将利率上调。林毅夫说，按照他个人对中国经济状况的理解，人民币今年升值幅度将在3%-4%。汇率上升会影响我国出口企业的竞争力。

    此外，论坛上发布的最新《中国供应商调查报告》显示，因成本上涨且边际利润下降，76%受访中国大陆制造商计划在2007年提高产品出口价格。但为了争取更多买家定单，大多数受访者预计出口价格升幅将会控制在10%以下。近半数受访者表示，未来一年的主要目标出口市场是欧盟，其次为美国和亚洲。
