日央行维持现有利率不变

    日本央行货币政策委员会委员昨天一致投票决定维持货币政策不变，这与其此前所作的暗示一致。日本央行同时把每月购入的国债规模维持在1.2万亿日元不变。

    此前因判断经济将可在物价上扬趋势中稳定增长，日本央行九人审议委员会2月21日以八比一的票数,将利率由0.25%调升至10年高点0.50%。日本央行下一次政策会议定于4月9日至10日召开。

    日本央行行长福井俊彦在随后的新闻发布会上表示，央行在制定货币政策时会考虑到日本一些城区出现土地价格加快上涨的迹象。福井俊彦还重申了其一贯观点，即日本央行将根据经济与物价走向，循序渐进地调整利率，但他没有透露未来收紧货币政策的具体时间。

    福井俊彦称，他有时感觉一些大城市中心城区的土地价格正在加速上涨。但他表示，土地价格不会飙升至不合理的水平，而且这并不是日本央行决定利率的关键因素。一些分析师此前表示，土地价格上涨显现出来的资产价格上升迹象可能会促使日本央行较预期时间提前上调利率。
