中央行政策委员:反对人为打破人民币单边升值预期

    中国央行货币政策委员会委员樊纲近来表示,反对故意地?人为打破人民币单边升值预期。

    据报导,樊纲称,赞同人民币小步升值,但反对故意地?人为打破人民币单边升值预期。他指出,人民币升值还是应该遵循供求关系和经济规律。

    近年来,市场中存在的人民币升值预期导致大量热钱进入中国,从而造成中国国际收支失衡?外汇储备激增?国内流动性过剩等问题。为此,一些官员提出要合理引导人民币升值预期。

    在人民币升值步伐方面,樊纲重申其一向观点,即赞同人民币小步升值。

    樊纲称,人民币小步升值契合了中国维持就业增长的需求。他认为,目前国际货币体系问题实际上并不在于人民币,而是美元问题。

    此外,樊纲称,亚洲金融危机最大的教训是不能光盯着消费者价格指数(CPI),必须高度关注当前资产价格膨胀,防范太多的资金在中国各个市场上游走。

    樊纲是中国央行货币政策委员会的金融专家委员,该委员会是央行制定货币政策的咨询议事机构。

    货币政策委员会虽然不是中国汇率?利率等货币政策的最高决策机构,但其对货币政策的表述对市场和决策机构均有重要参考意义。中国央行行长周小川同时兼任央行货币政策委员会主席。
