美联储普罗索:监管应与市场力量携手

    费城联储主席普罗索(Charles Plosser)周五表示，任何金融环节的监管都应该被调整为与市场力量进行合作的模式普罗索称，当涉及到经济发展以及项目的时候，将目标设定在为投资者在市场经济中创造成功机会非常重要，必须牢记市场充满强劲的创新力，而美联储的发展方向不应该是将焦点集中在控制和改变市场机制方面，而是应该集中在充分利用机制上此外，普罗索指出，美联储的主要精力应该放在美国的整体经济改革上，创造适应稳定物价和充分就业的货币信贷环境但他同时警告称，美联储力量也存在有限的地方，美联储的主要货币工具-货币政策并不是一项相对特别有效的工具。(外汇通)
