三大原因导致外汇储备大增

    中国人民银行副行长吴晓灵15日在“中国经济50人论坛广州研讨会”上表示，2007年前3个月中国外汇储备增长迅速，主要是由于第一季度对外贸易顺差过大、许多境外融资结汇以及外汇掉期的完成。

    对于外汇储备如此大规模增长，吴晓灵表示，部分原因在于外贸顺差过大，另一部分原因则是由于许多境外融资的结汇。自2005年以来，以国有大型银行为代表的许多中资企业通过海外上市募集了大量的外汇资金。近期由于受到人民币升值预期的影响，这些企业纷纷通过各种安排逐步完成结汇并汇回国内。

    央行与部分商业银行进行的外汇掉期也是外汇储备增长的原因之一。外汇掉期是交易方式的一种，投资者先是将一定数量的货币兑换成另一种货币，然后在约定的时间再将其兑换回来。
