英国央行:英国金融系统具有高度的弹性

    英国央行26日表示，英国金融系统具有高度的弹性，金融系统对冲击显得更为脆弱。 

    英国央行(Bank of England，BOE)26日表示，英国金融系统具有高度的弹性，金融系统结构发生的变化以及信用衍生工具使用的不断增多增加了风险承担能力，但此种创新也意味着风险可能存在于新的金融工具中，这使得金融系统对冲击显得更为脆弱。

    英国央行副行长吉弗(John Gieve)表示，金融市场持续波动，核心机构盈利能力非常的高以及经济前景良好，但风险承担能力也在提高，包括通过高杠杆作用、更低的边际需求以及契约的放松途径。

    吉弗称，信用风险的快速增长也将使得更多的投资者依赖于市场流动性的持续，这也将影响到风险评估的深度和品质。

    央行在报告中称，信用风险的贸易需要有更好的风险分散化措施，近期美国次优抵押贷款市场的问题已表明风险可能发生，如果相似情况发生在一个更重要的市场，比如企业信用市场，如果信用品质得到恶化将导致更为严重的后果。

    央行报告发现，良性的当前经济形势、信用风险的高度分散化以及市场将继续保持高流动性的信心可能降低风险评估的标准。
