美联储政策不会改变我资本市场内在周期

    美国货币政策和汇率政策变动将会限制中国政府自主使用货币政策和汇率政策的空间，同时也会对中国资本市场造成冲击，但是不会改变中国资本市场的内在涨落周期。因此，中国政府在运用货币和汇率政策进行宏观调控之时，应当把对美国相应政策变动的预测纳入决策的权重中。
