欧央行报告:过去一段时间欧元的国际地位有所下降

    欧洲中央银行在25日发布的《欧元的国际作用》的报告中称，过去一段时间欧元的国际地位有所下降。

    欧洲央行在报告中说，在2005年中至2006年底的一年半中，欧元在不同的市场和区域的发展不尽相同。报告称，在国际债券、投资、贷款、进出口票据等领域，欧元的使用量有小幅减少，欧元的国际地位有所下降。

    不过，报告指出，作为国际储备货币，欧元的作用是稳定的，甚至地位还略有上升。近年来，包括中东产油国、俄罗斯在内的一些国家纷纷将外汇储备中的美元转换称欧元，以分散风险。这使得欧元的储备货币作用有所增强。
