外管局:短期外债占比57.5% 远超25%国际警戒线

    国家外汇管理局周一公布，我国短期外债占外债余额的57.50%，比重仍大大高于25%的国际警戒标准。

    国家外汇管理局周一公布，截至2007年3月末，中国外债余额为3315.62亿美元，其中短期外债(剩余期限)余额为1906.33亿美元，短期外债占外债余额的57.50%，比重仍大大高于25%的国际警戒标准。

    据新华海外财经报道，中国2006年3月末外债余额为2879.05亿美元，据此计算，今年3月末外债余额同比增幅为15.16%。截至2006年年末，中国的外债余额为3229.88亿美元，比上年末增加419.43亿美元，增长14.92%。

    同时，截至今年3月末的短期外债余额较上年同期的1610.43亿美元增长18.37%，增速有所加快。中国截至2006年末的短期外债余额为1836.28亿美元，较上年同期的增幅为17.6%。

    去年以来，对人民币升值的预期导致外资从不同渠道大量流入，追逐中国国内资产，从而造成中国短期外债加速增长。

    中国金融监管部门今年已多次强调要控制短期外债过快增长。外管局局长胡晓炼在6月下旬曾表示，外管局近期将在全国范围内对银行短期外债规模控制执行情况进行专项检查。
