中国登记外债余额近五年来首次出现负增长

    国家外汇管理局周六公布最新国家外债余额数据。二00七年上半年，中国外债增长速度放缓，登记外债余额近五年来首次出现负增长，登记短期外债规模有较大幅度下降，短期外债占比也首次呈现下降。

    截至今年六月末，中国外债余额为三千两百七十八亿美元(不包括香港特区、澳门特区和台湾地区对外负债，下同)，比上年末增加四十八亿美元，增幅仅百分之一点四九。

    其中，中长期外债(剩余期限)余额为占外债余额的四成三左右；短期外债(剩余期限)余额比上年末增加十二点四亿美元，占外债余额的半数以上。

    外债余额中，登记外债余额和贸易信贷余额分别超过两千一百亿美元和一千一百亿美元。登记外债余额中，超三成为中资金融机构债务余额，占比最大，其余依次为外商投资企业债务余额、境内外资金融机构债务余额、国务院部委借入的主权债务余额、中资企业债务余额以及其他债务余额。

    今年一至六月，中国新借入中长期外债约一百五十三亿美元，比上年同期增长五成五；偿还中长期外债本金则比去年同期增长三成一。
