巴黎银行:美联储可能被迫再度降息

    法国巴黎银行外汇策略主管雷得克昨天表示，美联储可能被迫在12月份再度降息。美联储上月31日宣布，将联邦基金下降25基点，至4.5%；同时下降贴现率25基点。而就在次日，美联储又向金融体系注资410亿美元为2001年9月以来单笔规模最大的注资行为，显示受次贷危机影响，金融体系流动性依然吃紧。

    雷得克表示，他认为美联储12月可能再次降息，但这是被迫采取的行动，是在市场逼迫下采取的措施，美国金融机构信贷风险上升可能导致美联储降息。

    雷得克说：“我们无需关注经济数据，关键应该是金融机构的情况。银行业冲减巨额资产意味着什么？意味着其盈利模式有风险，意味着它们必须改变业务模式，意味着未来的贷款标准会更为严格，意味着经济会受到贷款政策限制，因此经济运行不会好。所以关注就业数据是完全错误的。”美国劳工部2日公布的报告显示，10月份，美国非农业部门新增就业岗位16.6万个，远远超过经济学家原来预期的8万个，是过去5个月来的最佳表现。

    雷得克还预计，今年余下时间欧元会保持高位，甚至会攀升至1.50。
