人民币兑欧元贬值8% 欧洲希望中国公平些

    欧央行行长特里谢表示，一国汇率价值低估将对其他国家的生产商带来不利影响，进一步改善汇率机制首先就符合中国自身的最佳利益。

    综合外电11月8日报道，欧洲央行(European Central Bank)行长特里谢(Jean Claude Trichet)8日表示，中国必须进一步改善汇率机制，对华贸易必须在公平基础上进行。

    在法兰克福举行的中欧商业会议(China-Europe Business Meeting)上，特里谢表示，一国汇率价值低估将对其他国家的生产商带来不利影响。因此进一步改善汇率机制首先就符合中国自身的最佳利益。

    自2005年以来，人民币兑欧元已经贬值大约8%，同期中国对欧元区的贸易顺差增长超过20%。

    特里谢表示，他认同七大工业国(Group of Seven)有关人民币汇率的声明，即：允许人民币有效汇率加速升值是中国经济政策战略的重要组成部分，同时也有符合中国经常项目盈余不断增长及国内通货膨胀日益加剧的现状。

    11月晚些时候，特里谢、欧盟经济专员Joaquin Almunia及卢森堡首相兼财政大臣容克(Jean-Claude Juncker)将访问中国，届时将与中国有关官员就宏观经济问题展开深入交谈。

    特里谢欢迎来自中国的更大竞争，但表示，竞争必须在公平的基础上进行并符合世界贸易组织(WTO)规则。

    特里谢表示，虽然过去一年内中国通货膨胀快速增长，但由于中国产品在进口中的比重上升以及中国产品的低价格，因此欧元区进口价格总体上应会继续下降。
