国家外汇管理局局长胡晓炼:将地下钱庄打击到底

    昨日，央行副行长、国家外汇管理局局长胡晓炼指出，对通过地下钱庄进行的赌博、走私、逃骗税、洗钱等非法活动，要继续加强与公安部门的协作，坚决打击。

    除了坚决打击非法活动，胡晓炼指出，要切实提高正规金融服务的质量和水平，增强其在业务手续费、时效性等方面的竞争力。要继续推进改革，与时俱进，满足境内机构和居民合理的持汇用汇需求，有序、可控、适度地放宽个人对外投资。要加强宣传教育，提高境内机构和居民的守法意识，自觉通过正规金融机构办理外汇业务。

    地下钱庄游离于金融监管体系之外，利用或部分利用金融机构的资金结算网络，从事非法买卖外汇、跨国(境)资金转移或资金存储借贷等非法金融业务。
