欧洲央行诺亚:次级债危机损失相当大但尚可承受

    欧洲央行(ECB)管理委员会成员诺亚(Christian Noyer)周二表示，和美国次级抵押贷款市场风暴相关的整体损失，可能约有2,500亿美元。

    "目前估计次贷违约直接成本约为2,500亿美元，金额相当大但还可承受，特别是从非常有利的经济条件和高收益的角度来看，"诺亚在东京一个论坛演讲时表示。

    他同时指出，一国创造大量流动性(如透过日元利差交易)，可能导致其他区域出现资产价格泡沫。

    诺亚还表示，拥有巨额经常帐盈余的国家必须提高汇率弹性，全球失衡状况才能有序修正；实行固定汇率的国家需要加大汇率弹性。
