国务院总理:人民币汇率将更多地由市场力量来决定

    中国国务院总理温家宝周三强调，中国将坚持渐进、主动、可控性原则，继续完善人民币汇率形成机制，人民币汇率将更多地由市场力量来决定。    

    他在中欧峰会上还表示，中国将令人民币汇率更具弹性，以着眼于资本项目下可自由兑换。    

    温家宝还重申，中国不刻意追求贸易顺差，并将采取措施扩大国内需求。
