人民币升值之路畅通 是经济规律使然

    由于中国经济的劳动生产率以高于发达经济体的速度持续上升，人民币升值是经济规律使然。

    具体来看，人民币对美元升值速度加快，一方面是美元自身疲软所致。预计2008年次贷危机将进入更充分的风险暴露期,美联储降息之路未到尽头。另一方面，中国经济结构中的深层次矛盾，也加大了人民币升值压力。2008年由于汇率波幅加大，可能会出现较大幅度的阶段性升值和波动。

    2008年，预计人民币对美元汇率浮动区间上调一次至0.8%-1%；全年人民币对美元升值8%-10%，所对应的中间价为6.7。2008年，央行将会更加关注人民币有效汇率，预计人民币实际有效汇率升幅为4%左右，而2007年1-11月仅为2.87%。
