人民币汇率去年升值6.53%

    2007年是人民币强势升值的一年。12月28日，人民币对美、欧、日元及英镑汇率中间价分别达到730.46、1066.69、6.4064和1458.07(每百外币兑换人民币)，相对于2006年同日，分别对美元、日元和英镑升值6.53%%、2.59%%和4.68%%。

    去年12月份，人民币对各主要工业国家货币全面升值，对美、欧、日元及英镑汇率中间价升幅分别为1.48%%、1.80%%、4.21%%和4.34%%。而在11月份，人民币在对美元和英镑升值的同时，对欧元和日元分别下跌1.294.15%%和4.15%%。自当年11月底中央经济工作会议确定从紧货币政策以来，人民币升值的步伐正明显加快。

    社科院世经所所长余永定接受记者采访时指出，人民币真实有效汇率离均衡汇率确有较大的差距。2008年人民币升值10%%“是很有可能的。”(泉州晚报)
