高盛:预计08年人民币升值10% 中国经济增长将放慢

    高盛(GoldmanSachs)中国经济学家梁红表示，中国政府当局今年将不得不允许人民币加快升值，预计2008年期间人民币兑美元升值10%，特别是如果其他政策措施抑制通货膨胀无效的情况下。    

    梁红称，如果银行在年初不顾持续紧缩措施继续增加贷款，该行认为政府当局将被迫重新思考他们的政策选择，人民币汇率更大幅地向上调整(以及调整利率)的风险将变得显著。

    梁红称，中国经济的美好时期-快速增长、低通胀-显然结束了，货币政策从紧，美国经济增长放慢的负面影响可能放慢中国2008年经济增长。梁红表示，风险是出口放慢可能是一个渐进的但长期的过程，同时政策紧缩也将在2008年继续延续。
