王小奕出任外管局副局长 之前为外管局总经济师

    国务院2007年12月23日决定，任命王小奕为国家外汇管理局副局长，免去魏本华的国家外汇管理局副局长职务。

    经过此次调整，外管局领导仍保持一正四副的格局：胡晓炼为局长，副局长分别是李东荣、邓先宏、方上浦和王小奕。

    王小奕此前曾在中国人民银行调查统计司工作，并曾任中国驻国际货币基金组织副执行董事、执行董事。被任命为副局长之前，他是国家外汇管理局总经济师。
