美国副财长敦促中国让人民币兑更广泛的货币浮动

    美国副财长McCormick敦促中国加快人民币汇率市场化进程，并允许人民币兑更广泛的货币浮动。 

    美国负责国际事务的财政部副部长David  McCormick敦促中国加快人民币汇率市场化进程，并允许人民币兑更多贸易伙伴的货币浮动。

    McCormick在加州大学接受采访时称，人民币自2005年7月份以来升值了14%，这是进步；但他们仍然认为中国需要加快人民币汇率市场化进程；重要的是人民币升值需要扩大到基于贸易权重，不仅是名义升值，而且要兑更广泛的篮子货币升值。

    中国央行2005年7月份结束人民币钉住美元汇率，允许人民币汇率参考包括欧元、日圆、英镑和韩圆在内的一篮子货币浮动。

    欧元兑美元15日升至距离历史最高不到0.01美元的水平，主要因预期美国利率将3年来首次低于欧元区利率。
