人民币汇率延续新高历程 中间价逼近7.24关

    中国人民银行授权中国外汇交易中心公布，人民币兑美元1月16日中间价为人民币7.2418元，1月15日中间价为7.2454元，人民币继续新高历程，但是升值幅度有所减缓，今日小幅升值36个基点，逼近7.24关口，连续四日创出新高，这是人民币08年以来第7次刷新新高，按照汇改时8.11的汇率计算，汇改以来人民币累计升值幅度11.98%。

    市场人士分析，由于官方报告预计今年汇率将在价格引导上发挥更大作用，意味着人民币将加快升值步伐，以抑制物价上涨压力，此外，隔夜美国股市暴跌，金融股财报损失惨重均让美国联邦储备委员会再度降息的预期升温，这对人民币的升值形成正面影响。

    2008年1月16日银行间外汇市场其他交易货币对人民币汇率的中间价为：1欧元对人民币10.7193元，100日元对人民币为6.7915元，1港元对人民币0.92875元， 1英镑对人民币14.1849元。
