中美利率倒挂人民币加速升值

    受美联储突然宣布大幅降息的消息刺激，人民币兑美元汇率承接周三升势，昨日继续走高，首度升破7.23关口。

    22日，美联储降息75点将美国联邦基准利率降至3.5%，中国目前一年期存款基准利率为4.14%，中美利率已经正式出现倒挂。

    中美之间利差倒挂，直接导致了外界对人民币升值压力加大。美联储降息消息宣布后，美元汇率全面下跌，各非美货币全部收复了周一以来的跌幅，人民币汇率应声大幅上涨。

    昨日，人民币兑美元高开57点，突破7.23关口，报7.2293，为今年以来第9次创下汇改以来新高。并且，人民币兑主要货币全线上扬。

    分析师认为，随着中美利差倒挂现象的出现，提升了人民币升值预期，将导致更多的国际热钱流入我国境内，加剧国内流动性过剩的局面，继续推高股市、楼市等资产价格。是否继续提高利率，央行显得进退两难。为抑制通胀，今年人民币升值速度预计会进一步加快。

    从2005年7月21日国内启动汇改以来，央行一直有意保持国内的利率和美国之间的利差，以增加热钱涌入的成本。两国基准利率最高时相差3个百分点左右。但随着美联储不断降息，中美之间的利差从去年初的245个基点不断收窄，到现在出现国内利率高于美国联邦基准利率的情况。
