卡塔尔考虑使本币与美元脱钩 应对攀升的通胀率

    据《海湾时报》网站日前报道，卡塔尔目前正在考虑使本币里亚尔汇率与美元脱钩，转而与一揽子货币挂钩或重估本币，以应对国内不断攀升的通胀率。

    卡塔尔发展计划总秘书处主席伊卜拉欣说：“里亚尔仅仅与一种货币挂钩有很多弊端，特别是当该国采取一些与我们相冲突的货币政策时。”

    美联储自去年9月以来连续降息。里亚尔与美元挂钩迫使卡塔尔不得不追随美国的货币政策，4次下调利率，共计150个基点。而这一做法使卡塔尔业已严峻的通胀形势面临更大风险。

    伊卜拉欣说，去年9月卡塔尔通胀率达到13.7%，接近历史最高点。卡政府正在研究遏制通胀的措施，包括与美元脱钩、重估里亚尔等。
