从紧货币政策抑通胀 人民币适当程度升值是必要的

    在24日“CCER中国经济观察”第12次报告会上，国家信息中心预测部副主任祝宝良表示，中国经济实际增长能力和潜在增长能力基本上是相符的。今年潜在增长能力在11%的水平上。世界经济放缓对我国影响不大，极端气象灾害对国内经济的影响有限，没有必要因为灾害而改变宏观政策。

    成本推动型物价上涨压力加大，全年将呈前高后低走势，涨幅可能超5%，通胀预期加强。

    祝宝良认为，从紧的货币政策不能变，以抑制通胀。应该适当加大汇率改革，人民币适当幅度的升值是必要的，对抑制输入性通货膨胀作用比较大。
