美元极度虚弱 人民币乘势首破7.1

    99个基点单日升幅成功推助人民币汇率昨日首次突破7.1大关，中间价报7.0970，这是继7.3和7.2之后，今年人民币汇率突破的第三个重要心理关口。

    数据显示，人民币今年以来的升值幅度为2.86%，而其自汇改以来的累计升幅则达到了14.27%。

    “如果对照国际市场上美元的表现，人民币的变化实际上也不是很大。”中信银行资金资本市场分析部研究员杨胜琨指出，美元近期在国际汇市连连走低，相较之下，人民币目前的变化事实上还没有完全反映外围市场的变动。

    同时，关于人民币加快升值以缓解通胀压力的讨论也依旧存在。1月和2月，CPI同比涨幅分别高达7.1%和8.7%。市场开始判断央行将比以前更加看中汇率工具，以期通过人民币升值来抑制通胀预期。但是杨胜琨指出，从温总理所作的政府工作报告来看，政府更倾向于采用行政和财政手段来解决物价问题，而且这些手段也应该更加有效。汇率、利率等货币政策工具也应当使用，但是其对于解决现有的复杂通胀问题难有本质作用。

    可是无论理论如何分析，市场表现却显示，投资者对于人民币升值预期正愈演愈烈。昨日离岸市场，1年期美元兑人民币无本金交割远期合约报价骤降超过500点，从周三尾盘的 6.3300/6.3350降至6.2751/6.2851。
