人民币再度升值67个基点 连续三日创出新高

    美元的持续大跌，以及周小川表示央行依然有加息空间，共同推动人民币升值67个基点，连续三日创出历史新高。

    中国人民银行授权中国外汇交易中心公布，人民币兑美元3月17日中间价为人民币7.0815元，3月14日中间价为7.0882元，人民币继续高歌猛进，今日再度升值67个基点，连续三日创出新高，这也是2008年来人民币第23次刷新汇改以来新高，按照汇改时8.11的汇率计算，汇改以来人民币累计升值幅度14.52%。

    中国国家统计局公布，1-2月份，城镇固定资产投资8121亿元，同比增长24.3%。其中，国有及国有控股完成投资3308亿元，增长12.3%；房地产开发完成投资2374亿元，增长32.9%。

    据上证报17日消息，中国央行行长周小川上周末表示，目前所有的货币政策工具都有调整的空间，包括利率和存款准备金率。加息的可能性始终存在，但具体怎么加，什么时候加，目前还不好说。

    2008年3月17日银行间外汇市场其他交易货币对人民币汇率的中间价为：1欧元对人民币11.1714元，100日元对人民币为7.2649元，1港元对人民币0.91109元, 1英镑对人民币14.2713元。
