央行樊纲:不赞成人民币大幅重估

    央行货币政策委员会委员樊纲10日称，人民币汇率大幅波动或一次性大幅重估都不受欢迎。

    人民币周四突破了关键心理阻力位1美元兑人民币7.0000元水平，并攀升至人民币6.9907元的纪录新高。

    中国央行周四将美元兑人民币中间价定在6.9920元，这是中间价自2005年7月以来首次被定在人民币7.0000元下方。中国政府在1994年结束了汇率双轨制，将人民币官方汇率与外汇调剂价格正式并轨，实行人民币汇率钉住单一美元的浮动汇率制。此后中国政府又在2005年7月对人民币汇率进行重估，允许人民币兑美元在严格管理的交易区间内稳步升值。

    樊纲称，稳定的外汇汇率是中国保持经济稳定所必需的。
