美元短期仍难挽跌势 人民币对美元汇率再度"破7"

    告别短短1个交易日的回落之后，人民币对美元汇率又一次"破7"。来自中国外汇交易中心的最新数据显示，昨天人民币对美元汇率中间价报6.9993，较前一交易日小幅走高19个基点。以汇改时"8.11"的汇率标准计算，人民币对美元已累计升值达到13.7%。

    银行外汇交易员分析，上周五美国公布的4月密歇根大学消费者信心指数远低于预期，这表明美国消费者对未来经济前景感到悲观，加大了美联储继续降息的压力，从而推动14日人民币对美元汇率小幅走高。从短期来看，美元的疲软走势很难获根本扭转，人民币汇率在经过短期的震荡整固之后，将扎根于"6时代"。

    4月10日，人民币对美元中间价报6.9920，是汇改以来，人民币对美元首度"破7"。

    业内主流观点认为，目前，中国已经从被动升值转向主动升值，这主要是出于内部调控需要。从2007年下半年开始，通货膨胀成为经济运行中的突出矛盾。经过六次加息后，利率政策越来越受到中美利差倒转的限制，央行在加息问题上变得谨慎。
