欧洲央行委员:金融市场有所改善 但仍然比较脆弱

    欧洲央行(ECB)管理委员会委员韦尔林克周一表示，尽管有迹象显示金融市场有所改善，但仍然比较脆弱。

    他声称，金融市场状况仍然脆弱，他们已经看到几起几落，因此还是要小心，不要过快做出结论。 


    他还指出，考虑到美国经济状况的不确定性，他对其股市走势感到有点困惑。
