开放式基金的认购和申购有何区别

    投资者在开放式基金募集期间、基金尚未成立时购买基金单位的过程称为认购。通常认购价为基金单位面值(1元)加上一定的认购费率。投资者认购基金应在基金销售点填写认购申请书，交付认购款项。注册登记机构办理有关手续并确认认购。在基金成立之后，投资者通过销售机构申请向基金管理公司购买基金单位的过程称为申购。
